Leah and other grand jury resistors appear before the GJ this Thursday in Seattle. At least one, if not both have been given immunity, which prevents them from invoking their 5th amendment right. They are likely to have a contempt hearing after they refuse to talk. Then they could possibly end up in jail. Folks resisting the grand jury have a network of support both locally, and nationwide.
